Edwin and his team including Carlos, Moises, Dale and ALL others that operate the barge and remove and install the pilings are valuable assets to Crocker Marine Services. Following them, Hanks crew, Steffen, Andrew, Moses, Cody and Alejandro did a beautiful job installing our seawall. Day after day we witnessed how hard they work. Will's team-Jason, Danny and Xavier built the dock and installed the lift, and Kyle added the bunks and made adjustments to them. The boat sits on it perfectly. Contacted Crocker Marine for a new limit switch on my boat lift. Kyle and Chase showed up next day and found my right side motor wasn’t working. Rather than selling me on a new motor then worked through it and found my level switch was malfunctioning causing the far motor to not operate. They installed the limit switch I called for and were on their way. I’ve known the Crocker family for many years and they are the best people you’ll meet. Carlos, Moises and Dale did an excellent job for Crocker Marine installing my lift pilings. It wasn't an easy task given the limestone bed in the boat slip area but they did a beautiful job by being prepared with the right equipment and utilizing their expertise gained from years of experience. Crocker Marine was first class to work with from day one! The explanation of services and the crews were all hard workers, polite, and took pride in they're work! We had a few changes and additions, but again Crocker was great in how they handled it! Being in construction "up north", I expected a quality job, and they delivered! I’d love to start by saying that Blake helped us out in a pinch. I was in the process of selling a home. The inspection report noted possible issues with the sea wall. Both buyer and sellers were uneasy and needed verification of its integrity. Crocker Marine Services accommodated our tough rush request and helped to save the sale. Other vendors could not do so. Blake adjusted his schedule, made a report and supplied a note to ensure his findings of that the wall was indeed in great shape. I recently purchased a home in Punta Gorda, Florida. It’s challenging to find people to work with when you’re unfamiliar with the area. I look for referrals where I can find them. However, sometimes I have to figure these things out on my own. I found Crocker marine services online. Which, by the way, never makes me comfortable. I spoke with Melanie, who is probably the CFO or office manager, and started the process. I will say that The correspondence did not start well. However, after I talked to Melanie, and she made everything go away. I had to be Impressed. Trevor and Frank were the on site technicians and they were awesome as well. Since I had no idea what I was getting into, I had no idea what to expect. I’m very impressed With all of them. I wish I could say the same for other contractors I’ve encountered in this process. This is a follow up to my review of Crocker Marine from two years ago.  Crocker rebuilt our dock after Hurricane Ian and did a fantastic job.  Jason was the lead on the project and obviously took great pride in his work.  He and the team were very accommodating in getting us exactly what we wanted.  We raised the dock 2 feet, which I believe was a big factor in surviving Hurricane Helene which just went by.  The dock faired excellent.  The only damage we had was the steps came loose, which are designed as a safety valve if needed to relieve stress on the rest of the dock during a storm.  I called Crocker on Friday.  Jason was out Saturday morning and got our stairs reattached and even replaced the pavers underneath for a solid base.  My wife and I highly recommend Crocker Marine. My dock got wiped out by Ian. Called Crocker Marine and they quoted me a very fair price. Start to finish took about 5 days for a complete rebuild. Jayson, Tim and Steven were fabulous and happily tolerated my constant presence while they worked, answering all of my questions. My dock looks fabulous. I couldn't be happier. Awesome Dock Rebuild! Crocker rebuilt our dock after Hurricane Ian.  I asked them to build it back just as it was built by Honc about 3 years previous.  Honc did a great job, but Crocker exceeded my expectations.  I had them raise it to compensate for storm waters.  They accommodated every reasonable request and enhanced the dock to make it stronger.  They subcontracted with the tiki company and even upgraded our tiki to a composite top as the previous natural thatch top made a mess anytime it was windy.  Josh & Clay were great to work with and their team foreman worked with us on details to not only make it better and stronger, but also make it look fabulous.  The office kept me updated on the work and were also easy to work with.  Crocker has been maintaining my lifts for 5 years and now they will also be my go to company for any type of marine dock, seawall or lift service.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I've been a Crocker customer since I built my house and dock in 2019 and they have continued to provide me with excellent service.  They perform semi-annual maintenance on both of my boat lifts and are extremely responsive, especially when I have emergencies.  This past weekend I had an issue with one of my lifts not working properly and after calling Joshua Monday morning he was able to get a crew out to take care of me the next day.  Just answering the phone these days is impressive for any service organization but actually getting something fixed the next day is extremely unique in these times. Hurricane Ian turned our world upside down which included our dock and lift. Crocker’s team rescued my boat and repaired the lift. Very fast response and excellent work. Seeing things getting back to “normal” brought tears of joy to our eyes. Much rather had them doing work that wasn’t an emergency. However, we couldn’t have asked for a faster response in dire times.
