I had Crocker marine install my docks and boat lifts in 2023, we had one warranty issue that they came back and took care of ASAP. No problem at all. I could not be happier. I cannot say enough about this company and their worth ethic. The lady I spoke with to schedule the estimate was beyond helpful and kind. Then Connor immediately sent me a bunch of emails that helped me better understand the different materials I could choose from for a new seawall along with a very detailed quote outlining the cost. Everything was sent over quickly and Connor spent so much time educating me on the process and expectations. If you need a new seawall or just repair or a dock you do not need to look any further - I have no doubt you found the right place already. They stand behind their quotes so don’t go to a competitor that will low ball just to get your business only to find out about the “unforeseen extras” along the way - go right to the best with people that stand by their word. Hard to come by these days - excellent company.

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. It was a nightmare to say the least. We were initially told the project would take approximately 3–4 months; however, the permitting process alone was significantly delayed. The company did not apply for the permit until roughly three months after the contract was signed, despite repeatedly assuring us during that time that it was already in progress. Construction of the seawall did not begin until seven months after signing, and the build itself took an additional two and a half months to complete. Communication and accountability were ongoing concerns throughout the project. We ultimately had to hire an independent inspector after the company refused to address multiple construction deficiencies. While some items were corrected after we provided a detailed list, the seawall cap remains unresolved. We were told there was nothing that could be done to correct it. The cap sits approximately one inch lower than the existing seawall, and attempted patch repairs have continued to crack, leaving the issue unresolved. Improper construction methods were also used. Unopened bags of concrete were placed at the ends of the seawall rather than being properly mixed and poured behind the wall. This resulted in a significant amount of dirt and debris washing into the canal, raising both environmental and structural concerns. These issues are why we hired an independent inspector and ultimately Crocker did fix this issue, but we should not have had to hire someone to tell Crocker what was wrong. The quality of materials used was also unacceptable. The backfill consisted of debris-filled dirt, including broken tile, aluminum fragments, and other sharp objects. Additionally, old rebar was left in place, creating a hazardous environment that resulted in me sustaining a cut on my foot. When this was brought to Matt’s attention, there was no concern shown for the injury. Instead, he challenged the claim and stated he would come inspect the debris himself, but never followed through. The project also caused damage to both our water and sewer lines. While the company repaired the water line, the sewer issue required assistance from the city. Despite replacing 50 feet of seawall, the overall quality of workmanship—particularly the cap—has since been criticized by multiple dock builders we consulted afterward. Finally, our experience with Matt was particularly concerning. His demeanor was often dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional, and we found his communication to be inconsistent and, unreliable. Prior to signing the contract, he was highly responsive; however, once the agreement was in place, it became extremely difficult to reach him. When we requested to speak directly with the owner, we were initially told that all communication had to go through Matt and that the owner was too busy. After continued persistence, we were eventually able to speak with the owner directly. The owner came out for the waterline issue but did not come out after that to look at the job and see all the issues, he just put things back to Matt. Matt did not come out either even after stating in text message that he would. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. After posting this review, Matt Sutton tried to text me and was trying to bully me telling me things like "I'd like to talk about this like adults", implying that I am being childish. The reason I did not post a review when the Seawall was first built was because Matt threatened me and told me I would regret it. I have always had disgust for this job and made it very clear throughout the entire process. So much that Matt asked me to stop telling his employees how upset I was. Matt, feel free to refer back to the text. I have our entire text thread telling you how disgusted I was with the workmanship. I also have pictures of the concrete bags unopened when they fixed it. Don't forget Viewers can look at the seawall picture and decide if this is what they want.

Carlos, Moises and Dale did an excellent job for Crocker Marine installing my lift pilings. It wasn't an easy task given the limestone bed in the boat slip area but they did a beautiful job by being prepared with the right equipment and utilizing their expertise gained from years of experience. I highly recommend Crocker Marine and this crew.

Edwin and his team including Carlos, Moises, Dale and ALL others that operate the barge and remove and install the pilings are valuable assets to Crocker Marine Services. Following them, Hanks crew, Steffen, Andrew, Moses, Cody and Alejandro did a beautiful job installing our seawall. Day after day we witnessed how hard they work. Will's team-Jason, Danny and Xavier built the dock and installed the lift, and Kyle added the bunks and made adjustments to them. The boat sits on it perfectly. They even came back after it had been raining for part of the day. We appreciate each and every one of them.

Crocker Marine has been absolutely the best marine contractor to work with. From the owner Josh(calling to check in), my salesman Blake(who is awesome)...to behind the scenes Melanie and permit Matt. 10 stars. Crocker has always been on time(even early on the scheduled start), honest, polite/respectful and willing to go the extra step to make sure everything is right. They have cleaned up daily and treated me as if I am family. Working with Crocker is turning into a long term relationship and the represent exactly what a small business should look like.

This is a follow up to my review of Crocker Marine from two years ago. Crocker rebuilt our dock after Hurricane Ian and did a fantastic job. Jason was the lead on the project and obviously took great pride in his work. He and the team were very accommodating in getting us exactly what we wanted. We raised the dock 2 feet, which I believe was a big factor in surviving Hurricane Helene which just went by. The dock faired excellent. The only damage we had was the steps came loose, which are designed as a safety valve if needed to relieve stress on the rest of the dock during a storm. I called Crocker on Friday. Jason was out Saturday morning and got our stairs reattached and even replaced the pavers underneath for a solid base. My wife and I highly recommend Crocker Marine. They are a great family company that treats their people right so they treat their customers right.

Crocker Marine did fantastic work rebuilding our community dock. The quality and materials are superior to what we had pre-Hurricane Ian, and pricing was competitive. Jorge Perez delivered as promised and was wonderful to work with during the entire process. I highly recommend!

Chase and Kyle from Crocker Marine are two incredible workers. They really know all about lifts and docks. They put my mind at ease and explained every step of the way. Their response was very quick.
